FVWM: FvwmTabs v1.3

Hi all,

FvwmTabs v1.3 allows you to resize an app in a tab simply by resizing
the FvwmTabs window when that app/tab is displayed.

Also added 'Multi-Add' & 'Release All (Iconify)' features.
