1) Why you remove 'the blackout window which is created when startup' ?
2) What's the default behavior, when no 'IconPlacement' is specified ?
If nothing, how about setting up to:
[IconBox&Visible, Anywhere&Visible, IconBox, Anywhere, Here]
3) How about writing manual entry of this feature :-)
