 I don't think that fvwm2 should be considered to be competing with
other window managers. I would prefer to think of it as each window
manager having its own philosophy and goals, and one works to make the
window manager come as close to those goals as possible. Some people
may like the philosophy; some people may not. It would be wrong to add
things that go against the philosophy just to attract more users.

 I'm biased, of course, because I like fvwm2's current philosophy,
and I don't like the philosophy of other window managers (or I'd
probably be using one of them).
