I agree that FVWM should always expect vi (or Emacs) to
be the configuration tool of choice. There are so many things a
gui can't anticipate.

I guess I should have known about "FvwmScript FvwmScript-BaseConfig",
maybe I've seen it before but I forgot about it. I'll have
to add it to my menus.
Maybe we should do more work on the FVWM built-in menu.
(Like add this tool to it.)

FVWM does have some GUI configuration already, its just
not very visible.
