Something like this:

  Key Super_L A A Exec xmessage -name "SmallBlob" -bg red -fg white -nearmouse -timeout 1 'I am here!'
  Style SmallBlob UsePPosition, NoTitle, NoHandles, BorderWidth 10

Try it, it's nice. :)
