All that information is available in the fvwm2 man page.
Title bars have 3 colors, depending on the state of the window.
AddToDecor MyDecor
+ TitleStyle Centered ActiveUp (Solid cornflowerblue -- Raised) \
Inactive (Solid Navy -- Flat) \
ActiveDown (Solid dimgrey -- Sunk)
Style "*" UseDecor MyDecor
The little icon is a miniicon:
Style * MiniIcon iconname
The taskbar will use the same miniicons.
