I'm not sure I know what you mean by the last phrase, are you doing
your own bug fixes to fvwm95?

If so, you might find that you don't have to go it alone with fvwm2,
we accept and incorporate user supplied patches very frequently.

If you subscribe to this list for a while, I think you will agree
that fvwm support is quite good.
