"Send_configinfo" is a command that modules can send to fvwm2.
(It is not a module, thats just what fvwm2 does with commands
it doesn't recognize.)

I have no idea what "fvwm2.exe" is. I also don't know what
"Cygnus B20.1/Windows NT4" is.
