FVWM: Sticky/TitleStyle

Hi,

i love the 'Sticky-Look' (see atachment) and i want to have this without
the 'Sticky-feature' :)
i mean, i want only that my windows look like be sticky and that they
aren't sticky.. you know what i mean ?-)
i use HGradient and can make this sticky look with VGradient :(
