FVWM: Decors

Would some kind soul out there, especially one who has done some work on it, be prepared to code up a script or a module that would turn present style settings to a Decor

The Decor feature seems really powerful and very nice, especailly on a large site, however I'm still getting problems trying to recreate my current setup.

could someone help please.
it would make Decors catch on quicker and allow the spread on various desktop looks
