For what it's worth, on my setup (2.0.45), I can't seem to move my
undecorated transient windows, where with 2.0.43 I can.  btw, the Win95
look almost certainly makes no difference AFAIK... I know some stuff with
regards to moving windows has changed, but don't know what.
