FVWM: Edge Scroll

Hello and thank's for continuing FVWM.

I can't seem to be able to edge scroll in a horizontal direction.
I can go up and down, but no left right.
I have nine virtual screens ( if that makes a difference), but other
then that my set up is pretty standard.
