FVWM: problem running fvwm2.0.41 on Alpha OSF/1

Machine: DEC alpha running OSF1 V3.2
Compiled with HasXpm set to no

No problem in compiling, but has probleming running it. It freezes up,
locks up the keyboard.

Is it the interaction betweem the session manager? I am using the
.fvwmrc comes with the release. Is there any simpler .fvwmrc I should
try?
