That is alot to type. Perhaps have the possible invocations be:

        Goto x y z
        Goto x y
        Goto z
        Goto Relative x y z
        Goto Relative x y
        Goto Relative z

So the summary would be ([] indicate optional inclusion):

        Goto [Relative] [x y] [z]
