If I understand correctly, [2] is asking about a pull down menu with "Move
to page 1", "Move to page 2", ... If this is correct, then check out my
.fvwm2rc. Note specifically the alt-tab section and the MoveWindow menu.

You should look at the FvwmRearrange module (I appologize if you already
have). I don't know to what degree it allows for selecting only some.
