FVWM: configure: error: can not run test program while cross compiling

When I do ./configure I receive the following error:
configure: error: can not run test program while cross compiling

<43 2:45pm ibuaccs1:~/src/fvwm-2.2.4 >uname -a

Any help would be appreciated. Below is the screen output of ./config
