It's not really interesting to know the release since fvwm95 is
a different window manager that hasn't been developed by people
on this list and has not been maintained for years now. The
recent stable fvwm2 releases or beta releases provide virtually
all functionality that fvwm95 did, but with some minor and major
differences in syntax. In the latest betas there's an unfinished
config that was copied from fvwm95 in the sample-fvwmrc directory).
