Yes, it is possible in 2.5.x version:

  Style * TitleAtRight

You may also want (probably not) to use:

  Style * RightTitleRotatedCCW # CCW = counter-clock-wise, default: CW
  Style * !UseTitleDecorRotation # don't rotate titlebar pixmaps/gradients
