Assigns the text label to desk desk (or the current desk if desk is "*") in the pager window. Useful for assigning symbolic names to desktops, i.e.
*FvwmPager: Label 1 Mail
*FvwmPager: Label 2 Maker
*FvwmPager: Label * Matlab
