Please report all possible problems on fvwm-themes mailing lists.
Generally, you should "Restart fvwm-themes-start" after upgrading.

fvwm is not affected by fvwm-themes at all, so rebuilding was not needed.

I will add these rpms later. When you build rpms for RH 7.x please install
fribidi and fribidi-devel from Mandrake first.
