FVWM: Re: 2.5.1 border colors

minor weirdness...

fvwm-snap-20020326 on solaris 2.5.1

Sometimes (i think related to deiconizing) i find the titlebar in
activecolor but the border in inactivecolor.

I havent figured out yet the exact steps to cause it.

I'm using colorsets.
I had to gut FlocaleCharset to successfully compile.
