Actually, you could pop the first press off the queue, and leave the
ONE_AND_A_HALF_CLICKS code in there. Then O would work and be
*slightly* different from D. There isn't anything in the docs about O
and the intent of the code seems to be to get double clicks working.
I don't see any need for distinguising between 1 1/2 clicks and 2
clicks, but it could be done.
