Make a function for it.
Something like
AddToFunc foo
"I" xterm -geometry .....
+ "I" xterm -geometry ...
etc.

And then
AddToMenu Whatever "Foo" Title
+ "3 xterms" Function foo

For a window called foo, something like
Next [foo] Maximize 100 100
