FVWM: AddToDecor question

Hi all,

   I don't know if this is possible or not.. the man page for fvwm seems
   to indicate to me that it is ... but I am not able to understand how
   to make it work :)

   What I am trying to do is define a "style" for inactive windows and
   a different "style" for active windows.

   Say: Inactive windows I want:

            Title + Borders = red
            Title text = black
            Not Handles
            Flat

         Active window I want:

            Title + Borders = blue
            Title text = white
            With Handles
            Flat


   Is this possible with fvwm-2.0.45? If so can someone point me to
   some documentation please or a simple example? As I said I am not
   able to follow the man page. :-(
