FVWM: cpp preprocessing

(fvwm)cpp report some errors on lines which contains the ' character
by example

AddToMenu "Quit-Verify" "What ?" Title
+ " No, don't quit " Nop

also on comments line
# bla bla


What can i do to avoid this?
