If you had applied the "colorlimiting patch" in 2.0.45, it wouldn't
have any affect on your colors unless you added a "ColorLimit" line to
your .fvwm2rc. So if you see a line like that in your .fvwm2rc, odds
are you applied that patch to 2.0.45.

Why you are getting a different set of colors for the same pixmap in
2 different places isn't clear. Yet.
