FVWM: Screen Savers & Screen Blanking

Greetings,

I have tried unsuccessfully to disable screen blanking (at the command
prompt or in FVWM), I am also trying to get my screen saver/lock to kick
in after 15 min. of inactivity.

Any help would be appreciated.
