since Chris Laas and Mark Borges managed to get a working CursorConfig
patch for fvwm-2.0.45 (something i've been waiting for---been doing a
quick-and-dirty hack until now), i went ahead and generated a patch for
the fvwm2 man page (below). apply with 'patch -p1' from the fvwm-2.0.45
source directory.
Chuck, please add this along with the patch from Mark's earlier message
to the list.
