FVWM: Window `outlines' on placement and resize

I just upgraded from 2.0.43 to 2.0.45 and I've got a small problem. I can no
longer see the `outlines' of the windows that come up during placement and
while resizing.

Is there something I may have set wrong in the .rc file?
