I wonder if my patch for multiple displays made it into 2.0.44? Sorry
I haven't had time to download and take a look, but I know I posted a
fix against 2.0.43 that improved focus handling for multiple displays
(at least for me -- I don't use SloppyFocus). I could dig up the
patch if you can't find it on the archive or via Web search.
