FVWM: Icon names and placement

I don't seem to get names at the bottom of my icons. Does anyone
know how to turn this feature on...or what I broke?

Also, what's the setting to get my icons to be placed at the bottom
or side of the window...sort of like what MWM does.

Any help is appreciated.
