This is not a property of fvwm, but one to do with your X server. Fvwm
can't help.

If you're running XFree86 on Linux or similar, you can specify
"Emulate3Buttons" in your XF86Config file. This makes left + right
clicked together pass a middle click to the application.

Hmm, come to think of it, there's no reason why a similar feature
might not live in fvwm. But then, I've not seen the input parsing
code, so I can;t comment on the easy of integration. :)
