FVWM: Icon as button 1 pixmap? revisited.

I was clearing out some of my old saved messages, and came across
something like, "it won't be too hard to impliment in the next version
(pre-x.42)" in reply to the request to allow the button 1 to be the pixmap
of the icon already assigned by the style lists. This doesn't seem to
have been implimented, and I was wondering if it had been dropped or
forgotten. I remember there was discussion about active scaling of the
pixmap, so it would fit as a button without having to create a new file,
and having to tell fvwm about two separate styles, one for the icon, and
one for the button.
