Now this confuses me a little... FVWM doesn't run under DOS/Windoze.
It runs under Unix platforms like Linux, AIX, SunOS, Solaris, HP-UX,
etc. So I have a feeling that the above info may be useless to you,
unless you want to install Linux on your PC.
