Its not up to me to decide what is included in fvwm, but I always
kept the tcl/tk stuff separate from fvwm, just because tcl/tk is a big
package, and not everyone uses it.

Its hard enough to explain to people that they need xpm; adding a
requirement for tcl/tk would just make it worse.

I guess that these packages should be available at the same site/location
as fvwm, but either a separate package, or something that is not compiled by
default.
