FVWM: 'makefile anomolies'

Ok, I edited the configure.h, and everything worked, considering I didn't
change the paths at all...

However, in FvwmConfig, the makefile expects to find '../../libs/libfvwm2.a'
whereas '../../libs/libfvwm.a' is actually generated.

Just a little 'oops' I thought I'd point out.
