If you use Windows-like buttons, then redefine button hints:

     ButtonStyle 1 - MwmDecorMenu
     ButtonStyle 6 - MwmDecorMin
     ButtonStyle 4 - MwmDecorMax

This is copied from FAQ, as part of another question, but this probably
deserves its own question.
