FVWM: Publishing french FAQ ?

Yo,

We, at the fvwmfr.org website, are/have translating/ed the FAQ.

THe work is almost done but still in progress.

What I want is obtain your authorization to publish it at
http://fvwmfr.org.

We also plan to translate the man pages, do I need to request your
authorization too ?
