file.

Setting fbpanel layer with Style does not work.
But adding

   All (fbpanel) Layer 0 6

after Wait fbpanel in the StartFunction does work.

fbpanel does not have any GUI dialog for set up. Its
configuration is done through a file configuration. But
it seems that there is no option for setting the layer
in it.
