FVWM: FvwmTaskBar and Colorsets

Hi, it is me yet again....I am having trouble

I want to use a image (png) for FvwmTaskBar and it is my understanding
that I would need to set up a colorset to do this. However, it never
seems to "take"

Colorset 10 Tiledpixmap image.png, fg black

Is this not the right way?
