Hmmm... there must be a way to make GrabFocusTransient work with
SloppyFocus. I think it might even have been working with one of the
earlier snapshots before 2.3.13 or so since I recall that at one time it
seemed to be working.

Also, FvwmFormGrabServer works with SploppyFocus so there must be a way
to make GrabFocus work with SloppyFocus. GrabFocus also works with
SloppyFocus, even when the mouse pointer is inside a window and a
new window gets mapped.
